Announcing: GC’s Biggest Project Ever

Happy feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe!

This is a particularly exciting feast day this year for the Good Catholic team, because today we are sharing with you something really big we’re working on.

In fact, it’s the biggest thing we’ve ever tried to do. And it has everything to do with Our Lady of Guadalupe.

We admit we’ve been keeping this project a secret while getting some final pieces in place. But now we’re ready to tell you all about it—and get you involved.

Introducing an all-new Good Catholic production: Not Made By Human Hands: The Miracle of Guadalupe, slated for release December 12th, 2025. In this 4-part documentary film, we’re diving into the history, meaning, miracles, and marvels of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Watch the teaser below!

We’re exploring the scientific wonders woven into this mysterious and miraculous relic, which, according to the laws of nature, shouldn’t even be here.

We’re going fearlessly into the ancient world of the Aztecs, their tumultuous encounter with the Spanish, and the strange events of December 1531. We’re going to find out what this image meant to those who saw it and how it changed the world so drastically and so fast. We want to know why it’s still here, after all these years, and what Our Lady is saying to us today.

We even went to Mexico City this past summer to see the tilma for ourselves and capture incredible footage for the documentary.

But even though we’re excited, we know we can’t do this alone. We’ve got a long way to go before this project gets off the ground, and we need your help. Here’s what you can do right now:

  • Visit our special Not Made By Human Hands movie site where we’ll be posting all the latest news about the film along with teasers, trailers, graphics, behind-the-scenes footage, and more. Bookmark it and share it with your friends!
  • Pray for us!
  • Follow us on Instagram here. Spread the word, tag us in your posts, and use the hashtag #guadalupemovement to help us create not just a movie, but a movement for Our Lady.

Here’s what we’ll be inviting you to do in 2025 (all this will be posted on the movie site):

  • Join our crowdfunding campaign where you can collect cool merch and even get your name in the credits.
  • Tell us your own stories! We’ll be posting an easy-to-use application with which you can record a video telling us about the graces, healing, and conversion you’ve received through the intercession of Our Lady of Guadalupe. Your video could be posted on the movie site!

We’re overjoyed to embark on this journey to, God-willing, create something beautiful for the honor of the Patroness of the Americas and to spread devotion to her in the modern world. And we’re so blessed to do it with you!

Have a glorious feast of Our Lady of Guadalupe!
